Beta was released for PC and PS3 on June 21st, DICE announced a push-back for the date of the 360 version without a specific date of release, only saying that it would be more than a week [it's been 3].
I'd expect the Beta to release anytime this week.
DICE also however stated that 360 users will get a longer Beta-period to make up for the draw-back.

for the xbox, im not sure if it will be an open beta or a closed beta, but i asked the same question, and October is the answer. im not sure what day.
