Yes, unfortunately, it is. The PS3 beta is live now, however, if you have preordered the game and if you currently own Battlefield: Bad Company 2. Otherwise, you would just wait until the 24th. Hopefully, EA and DICE can solve the problem and get the beta up on XBL on time. :)
